eligibility for returns

bc our jewelry is handcrafted in limited batches, we accept returns under the following conditions:

standard returns | 14 days

You may return unworn, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

the item must…

• be in its original condition

• include original packaging (pouch/box)

• no signs of wear, alteration, or damage

pls note custom pieces are final sale unless there is a manufacturing issue.

manufacturer error | 30 days

if ur piece has a defect or craftsmanship issue, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

we will gladly repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost once the issue is confirmed.

• we’ll provide return instructions and a shipping label

• once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

• refunds are issued to the original payment method

• please allow 5–10 business days after we receive the item for processing

• shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect
